RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gebreide kleding (knitwear) due to the delicate nature of the fabric
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request (see template below).
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, include the order confirmation, and attach the provided return label.
  4. Ship your return package via the carrier specified in your instructions.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
