We get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

Choose the shipping method that works for your rebel lifestyle:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your rebel gear’s journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our rebellious styles, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our no-nonsense return policy:

Return Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gebreide kleding (knitwear) due to the delicate nature of the fabric
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request (see template below)
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, include the order confirmation, and attach the provided return label
  4. Ship your return package via the carrier specified in your instructions

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
